The participants shall produce (upto) 3 minute films based on India, focussing on the advantages / positives / achievements of India and/or its citizens.

The winning films shall have the privilege of being telecast at RIVER TO RIVER, the prestigious Italian festival supported by the government of Italy & the Indian Tourism office in Milan.
